Telehealth Eligibility Checking

Medicare Australia has announced that from July 1st a number of changes to the Telehealth regulatory requirements will apply. While patients have always been required to be in a Telehealth eligible area, they are also not required to reside at least 15 km away from their treating Specialist. GP2U has greatly simplified the task of eligibility checking as shown in the screenshot below.

So if the patient has a green tick they have passed all the eligibility checks. It's that easy.

This is simply another way that GP2U is taking the complexity out of Telehealth.
